  • 130 mcg of Sodium for 7-12 months old.

Children:

  • 1-8 years of children need 90 mcg of Sodium per day.
  • children between 9-13 years old demand 120 mcg of sodium daily.

Teens and Adults:

  • teenagers between 14-18 years need 150 mcg of sodium everyday
