Xylocaine is a medical solution available to us under the generic name Lidocaine which belongs to a class of medication called Anesthetics. This medicine is used to reduce sensation of pain on a particular area by blocking or reducing pain signals from or through the brain. It numbs a particular part by acting as a pain reliever. Xylocaine is also used to treat the symptoms of skin irritation, premature ejaculation and as an anesthetic intubation or urethra in urologic procedures.
