Does Caverject really work for erectile dysfunction in men?

Caverject is a medical drug available to us under the generic name Alprostadil which belongs to a class of medication called Prostaglandins. Caverject is generally used to treat sexual related problems in men such as erectile dysfunction(inability to achieve or maintain an erection). The medicine expands the blood vessels so that more flow can flow to the penis which causes erection sexual activity.
